Hello! My name is Katie Diaz, and I’m currently a senior at Columbia College Chicago studying Editing & Post-Production.

Since taking film classes in high school, I’ve become fascinated with the post-production process and have been working towards a career as a picture editor ever since. Although my passion lies in picture editing, through exploring post-production I have also gained experience in color grading and motion graphics. My love for post-production has most recently led me to PARALLAX, where I am interning for my last semester of college. I admire all corners of entertainment, however I am hoping to find a position in scripted television, narrative features, or documentary once I graduate in 2026.

In my free time, I enjoy karaoke with friends, crafting, and hiking. When I’m not at school I live back home in Connecticut, however, I am actively seeking work in Los Angeles and New York!
